Using the site and buying tickets: You agree to all the terms and conditions stated here, are at least 18 years old, and have the legal right to engage in this agreement and use the website. You acknowledge that all your usage of the website (including usage of your account by third parties) is financially your responsibility. Any reservations made by individuals under your supervision or control are your responsibility. Additionally, you attest to the veracity and accuracy of all information provided on the site by you, members of your household, or on your behalf. Additionally, you attest that the passenger is not a minor traveling alone. Any reservation made just for exploratory purposes, in deception or fraud, or in anticipation of demand, is strictly forbidden. Reservations and airfares are not confirmed until money is received. There needs to be enough money on the credit or debit card for the duration of the booking process before the ticket is shipped. We cannot guarantee the price listed at the time of the initial reservation or any subsequent reservations if there are issues with the card's processing, whether due to limitations or insufficient funds.
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each traveler's first and last name must be entered into the reservation precisely as it appears on official government documentation, such as a driver's license, passport, or other valid forms of identification that may be needed. Your total amount may be split into two parts: the airfare and a non-refundable booking fee from Infinity Travels. The total amount due at the time of booking will match the quote and your authorization. The booking fee will be included in the final fare, if applicable.
-
Re-confirmation, check in and boarding
- At least 72 hours before your scheduled departure, you should confirm all your flights. Check-in time must be completed at least two hours before departure, and you must arrive at the boarding gate at least thirty minutes early (one hour early for Air India).
- A valid government issued photo ID is needed for every domestic flight. All foreign travel requires a valid passport and valid travel documentation.
- Airline baggage fees are not included in the prices. Every customer traveling abroad must have the appropriate travel documentation, such as a passport, visa, or advanced parole. Travelers are responsible for reviewing travel restrictions and obtaining all relevant documents well in advance of their travel date. Infinity Travels and its representatives are not responsible for answering specific inquiries about the required travel documentation. Requests for exchanges and cancellations must be made at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the planned departure time. The initial purchase amount less any applicable airline penalties, along with any difference in fare between the original fare paid and the fare associated with the new ticket(s), may be refunded or exchanged, if permitted under the airline fare rules associated with the ticket(s) issued. Furthermore, Infinity Travels will impose modification/refund costs. Infinity Travels has no control over airline fines related to exchanges or refunds.
A ticket becomes completely worthless if, at any point during the journey, the passenger linked to it fails to appear at the check-in desk or cancels the reservation at least two to four hours prior to the scheduled departure time, or as mandated by particular airline policies.
If a customer needs assistance with last-minute modifications (within four hours of the scheduled departure), they must get in touch with the airline immediately.
Several airlines are frequently involved in international travel, and each has its own set of fare regulations. The most stringent regulations will be applied to the full booking if there are multiple sets of fare rules linked to the total fare.
- Alternate Airports:You might be able to find a less expensive ticket on our website for travel to or from the nearby airport in your origin or destination city. The website will notify users if there is a lower fare from any nearby airport. We take into account any nearby airports that are 60 miles or less from your preferred airport. Your airline ticket can be discounted by up to 20% if you choose a local airport. Please be aware that it is your duty to thoroughly check your itinerary and to record the names of all the airports you have chosen and reserved.
- Frequent Flyer mileage, seats, meals, and other special requests: Please note that requests for meals, seats, frequent flyer miles, and other special considerations are just that—requests. The airline retains the right to make changes to the specified seat assignment at any time and without prior notice. We cannot guarantee that you will be given the exact seat you have chosen. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the concerned airline will receive and approve your meal, frequent flyer, or other special requests. Therefore, it is advised that you validate these requirements by speaking with your airline directly.

Infant travelers and unaccompanied minors:
-
Unaccompanied Minors Minors under the age of 12 (and on some airlines, under 17) traveling without an adult must adhere to the specific policies and procedures of the airline. Each airline has its own set of rules, so it is crucial to check directly with the carrier for detailed information. Unaccompanied minors may not be allowed to travel without an adult on some airlines. When permitted, unaccompanied minors can only fly on nonstop routes with certain carriers, and flights must not be scheduled for early morning or late night. Additionally, unaccompanied minors cannot be booked on the last flight of the day.
All airlines charge an extra fee for unaccompanied minors, which is not included in the ticket price. This fee must be paid in cash at the airport. To understand the specific policies, restrictions, and fees for sending an unaccompanied minor on a solo flight, contact the airline directly.
- Infant Travelers Many airlines do not offer electronic tickets for infants. After booking an infant ticket, please contact customer service to complete the process.
-

Charges differ between airlines, and there can be an agency service fee. The credit will only be retained for a certain amount of time; therefore, please ask the customer support representative when you must utilize the credit in order to avoid losing the entire amount. All modifications must be completed before the first flying segment, or the entire unused portion departs.
- Date adjustment for an international ticket that has been fully unused: When canceling a reservation, you must pay a cancellation charge, which starts at $75 per person per ticket. Charges differ between airlines, and there can be an agency service fee
- Date of return modification for International flights: For international travel, the return flight may be changed in accordance with the airline's policies, subject to fare rules. This modification incurs a change fee ranging from $150.00 to $450.00 (varies by airline), in addition to any fare difference. An agency processing (ticket exchange) fee may also apply. Changes to airline schedules and cancellations of flights: Airlines retain the right to cancel flights or adjust schedules due to operational, technical, or weather-related reasons. In such instances, every effort will be made to accommodate passengers on another flight or date. Should alternative arrangements not be possible, passengers may be eligible for credit or a refund per the airline's policies.
Flight schedules may change abruptly and without notice. Passengers are urged to verify the status of their flight with the airline 24 to 72 hours prior to departure. Throughout their journey, passengers should ensure they receive essential travel updates, including schedule changes, by regularly checking the email or phone number on record.
Schedule changes by airlines can happen suddenly or without warning. It is the passenger's responsibility to check the status of their flight with the airline 24 to 72 hours before it departs. Before and throughout their trip, passengers should make sure they are receiving critical travel information, such as schedule changes and more, by checking the email or phone number we have on file. If you discover that your flight has been canceled or rescheduled, please contact support@theinfinitytravel.com or 1-760-999-7119, available around-the-clock. We will investigate the airline's modifications and fight for the best feasible outcome that complies with the airline's schedule change policy on your behalf. It should be noted that rescheduling a flight is not possible, and there may be a penalty or difference in fare if the passenger is unable to fulfill their obligations and misses their flight, voluntarily reschedules their flight, refuses to accept the airline's alternate option, or wants to re-book a flight that is not covered by the airline's reschedule policy. There is an extra agency service charge of up to $75 per person for each schedule adjustment service we offer.
Please be aware that in the event of a schedule modification or flight cancellation, we assume no liability, either financial or non-financial.
- Change in Fare It should be noted that airlines have periodic price and availability changes, which may result in fare errors or changes in costs. As such, the price that is chosen and paid for is not guaranteed until all conditions are fulfilled, and the ticket is issued. Even after the online reservation is complete, the fare is subject to change. Any fare changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible, and if there are any, we disclaim all liability, both financial and non-financial. After we notify you of the revised fare and available options, you can choose to either purchase the ticket at the revised applicable fare or cancel. If there is a fare increase or error, you have the right to decline and cancel the reservation at no additional cost to you.

Passport Requirement: To travel internationally, passengers must possess a valid passport.
-
Visa Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they meet the necessary visa requirements. Infinity Travels bears no responsibility for denied entry or boarding due to insufficient documentation.
- Applicable Health Regulation Before traveling, passengers are advised to familiarize themselves with any entry restrictions and travel advisories in effect. It is essential to check the latest regulations, including any mandatory quarantine requirements, directly with the airlines. Many airlines now require travelers to complete health declaration forms at the check-in desk, so allocate extra time for this process before departure. Due to the evolving nature of entry and transit limitations in various countries, it is strongly recommended to confirm details with the respective airline prior to flying.
- International Certificate of Vaccination: Certain countries may mandate that foreign visitors provide an International Certificate of Vaccination, commonly known as a Yellow Card, or other documentation demonstrating specific vaccinations or medical testing before permitting entry or transit. Before departure, ensure you are aware of the latest entry requirements by referring to the Country Specific Information and contacting the relevant airline or foreign embassy of your destination or transit country.
- Entry Requirement Entry Requirement into the destination or transit country is not guaranteed by your purchase with Infinity Travels. The traveler is aware that Infinity Travels does not assume liability for figuring out if the traveler is authorized to enter or pass through any specific nation or location. Any information obtained from Infinity Travels needs to be confirmed by government agencies. Such information does not imply accountability on Infinity Travel’s side.
- Government related Taxes and Fees: The ticket price may encompass taxes and additional charges imposed by government authorities on air travel. These taxes and fees are either incorporated into the fare or delineated separately in the "TAXES" section of the ticket. They may constitute a significant portion of the overall travel cost.
- Check-in and Baggage policies: For travelers with extended layovers exceeding six hours or those with connecting flights involving multiple airlines, it may be necessary to retrieve luggage at the connecting airport and check in once again before continuing the journey. Transit visa requirements vary depending on the country. Please note that any additional baggage fees imposed by individual airlines in such situations, due to excess luggage, will be your responsibility. Most airlines now charge baggage fees, including for the first checked bag. These fees are applied per checked bag and range from 15 USD to 50 USD or more, depending on the bag's size and weight. Payment for baggage fees is typically made directly to the airline. For the latest information regarding check-in fees and baggage policies, it is advisable to contact the airline directly. Should you require a transit visa, please liaise with the airline, embassy, or consulate for guidance.
