Parents/legal guardians accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of any minors.

  2. SUPPLIERS. We do not own, manage, control, provide, supply, or operate any of the travel-related products or services included in your Booking (the “Travel Products”). Infinity Travels provides travel agency and related facilitation services that enable customers to search for, request, reserve, and purchase Travel Products offered by independent third-party transportation, cancellation protection, accommodation, rental car, and other Travel Product providers (collectively referred to herein as “Suppliers”). Infinity Travels acts solely as an independent travel intermediary and booking facilitator between users and Suppliers, and not as a fiduciary, travel advisor, or guarantor of any Supplier’s Travel Products. All Bookings are made directly between you and the relevant Supplier subject to the terms, conditions, policies, rules, and restrictions of that Supplier, including, without limitation, cancellation and refund policies (collectively, “Supplier Terms”). Those Supplier Terms may include rules and restrictions about the Travel Products, exclusions, limitations of liability (including some which limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury, delay, and loss or damage to baggage), restrictions on amendment or cancellation, and other terms and conditions. It is important for you to review the terms and conditions provided by the Suppliers. Depending on your destination of travel, we may use the services of another travel service provider inside or outside of the United States of America for the fulfillment of the Infinity Travels Services. Due to frequent changes, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information provided through the Infinity Travels Services, including, without limitation, information provided by our travel agents or any government or third-party websites we may reference, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability for inaccurate or incomplete information contained on such sites or provided by us.

  3. OUR RELATIONSHIP TO YOU. In our role as a travel agency, we act as an intermediary and independent contractor between you and the Supplier(s); no joint venture, partnership, employment, agency, representative, fiduciary, or similar relationship exists between you and us, or any Supplier related to the Infinity Travels Services, as a result of your use of the Infinity Travels Services. We merely assist you in finding Suppliers and making certain arrangements for travel. We consider numerous factors in identifying Suppliers and recommending specific itineraries. We want you to be aware that certain Suppliers may pay us commissions as well as incentives for reaching sales targets or other goals. Suppliers may also provide compensation to us for various marketing and administrative services that we perform for them, such as granting them access to our marketing channels, participating in marketing programs, and supporting technology initiatives. The relationships we have with Suppliers may also influence our recommendations. Our recommendations are solely suggestions; any and all decisions as to appropriate destinations of travel and Suppliers are your sole and exclusive decision, and we do not accept any responsibility or liability should you be dissatisfied, for any reason, due to the destinations and/or the Suppliers we may suggest.

  4. RESERVATION AND PURCHASE. Infinity Travels does not execute financial or travel commitment decisions without your explicit approval (e.g., verbal confirmation during a call with our customer service representatives, written confirmation via email, or other express authorization). Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that the Supplier Terms shall apply to your reservation and/or purchase of products and services, and agree that you shall abide by the Supplier Terms, including, without limitation, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the applicable Supplier. You understand that any violation of any such Supplier Terms including without limitation timely payment, may result in: (i) you forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation or purchase; (ii) cancellation of your reservation or purchase; (iii) you being denied access to any hotels, or any other products or services; and (iv) us debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) Suppliers may change their prices without notice prior to reservation or purchase by you; and (ii) you shall be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of our Infinity Travels Services, including, without limitation, all reservations and purchases you make. You acknowledge that some Suppliers may require you to sign a liability waiver or other forms prior to using their services, and you understand that your unwillingness to do so may result in a cancellation of your reservation(s), being denied access to the Supplier’s services, and forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), in accordance with applicable Supplier Terms.

Quotations may be invalidated at any time prior to booking confirmation. Your reservation/purchase may be non-refundable and non-cancellable. Infinity Travels may display general travel information about visa requirements; this is not visa advice. Travelers are solely responsible for confirming entry requirements with the relevant authorities or a licensed immigration advisor.

Any cancellation or change, if permitted, is subject to the Supplier Terms of the Supplier and/or Travel Product that you selected, or as otherwise disclosed to you prior to booking confirmation. At the time of reservation/purchase, you may be charged the total cost of the Supplier’s products and services that you selected, including taxes and fees (but excluding any mandatory hotel-imposed charges that may be applicable upon checkout from the hotel and any airfare fees, including, but not limited to, baggage fees, seat assignment fees, early boarding fees, etc.). If applicable, certain mandatory hotel-imposed charges are payable to the property upon check-out (e.g., mandatory resort fees); any incidental charges that you make during your stay will be charged to you by the property upon check-out, including but not limited to parking, phone calls, internet access, and room service. In addition, car rentals may require a credit or debit card at the time of pick-up for any vehicle as a form of security and/or hold. Some properties and rental car companies have age requirements; please check with the property or rental car company for more information. If permitted, changes to your reservation/purchase are subject to the policies of the Suppliers that you selected. If permitted, and you choose to change your reservation/purchase, you may incur a change fee, plus any difference in the fare attributable to the change. If your reservation/purchase is with multiple Suppliers, and if cancellation is permitted by one Supplier and not the other, you will not be refunded for the portion of your trip for which cancellations are not permitted, and you will be required to cancel your entire trip. If cancellation is permitted, you may incur a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the applicable Supplier Terms. Upon receipt, you are responsible for promptly reviewing your reservation/purchase confirmation/itinerary for accuracy and immediately notifying us of any errors.

You understand, acknowledge, and agree to authorize us to charge your credit and/or debit card for any fees and Bookings. If, for whatever reason the credit/debit card you provide for any payment is subsequently found to be fraudulent or lacking sufficient limits or funds to make the full payment, we reserve the right to perform any (or a combination) of the following: (i) decline your payment and require another form of payment to secure your Booking (and your Booking will not be confirmed or reserved until an additional form of payment is provided); (ii) cancel any reservation/s you made, and if fraudulent, refund all monies used for the reservation to the user or victim of the fraud; (iii) immediately require full payment from another credit card at the going rate for your accommodation(s) at the time of your full payment; (iv) terminate and restrict your ability to utilize our services at any time in the future; and/or (v) we may pursue any remedy necessary, including, but not limited to pursuing legal action.

    (a) Service Fees
Infinity Travels charges a service fee for processing cancellations, modifications, and refund requests, and for other ancillary services related to your Bookings. The amount of the fee may vary based on the type of booking (e.g., domestic or international flights, hotel reservations). Before you authorize payment, we will disclose the exact service fee amount applicable to your request. Infinity Travels service fees are separate from, and in addition to, any fees imposed by Suppliers. All Infinity Travels service fees are non-refundable. The current fees are listed at https://theinfinitytravel.com/our-service-fees , and are incorporated herein by reference.

    (b) Financial Institution/Credit Card Fees & Currency Conversions
If you are located outside of the United States, we will process your credit card payment in local currency. However, in some circumstances, we may process your credit card payment in USD. You acknowledge and agree that some banks and credit card companies charge fees for international or cross-border transactions. The same shall apply for any payments you choose to make while on-site at any international accommodation (including, but not limited to, resort fees, VAT taxes, etc.). Booking international travel may be considered an international transaction by your bank or credit card company. Some banks and credit card companies also charge a currency conversion fee. For example, if your Booking is in a currency that differs from your credit card currency, your credit card company may impose a currency conversion fee. This fee is determined solely by the currency exchange rate and your credit card company or bank, typically on the day the transaction is processed. If you have questions concerning any of these fees, please contact your bank or credit card company prior to booking.

  5. CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS. Payments will be processed through a secure system and can be made via major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Travelers must provide us with express authorization for every transaction for their trip. Your authorization is a legally binding agreement for Infinity Travels to process payment and an acknowledgement and agreement to these Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation terms. Additionally, you agree not to make any improper chargebacks.

You agree to maintain a valid card on file and promptly update Infinity Travels if your credit card details change. You confirm that you are an authorized user of the card you provide. You further agree not to dispute any charges with your credit card company, as long as the transaction aligns with the terms of this contract. You also consent to us sharing your payment information and necessary instructions with third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card processors, merchant services, and related services) in order to complete the payment transactions.

In certain cases, you can dispute charges with credit card companies (“chargebacks”). Before initiating a chargeback, you must send an email to booking@infinitytravels.com regarding any questions or concerns about our charges. We will work with you in attempting to resolve your concerns. Infinity Travels retains the right to dispute any chargeback that is improper and recover any costs, including attorney’s fees related to improper chargebacks, and to cancel any travel reservation related to that improper chargeback. You agree that the following chargeback scenarios are improper, and we retain the right to investigate and rebut the chargeback claims below, including, without limitation:

    • Chargebacks resulting from non-cancellable reservations, whether or not the reservation is used.

    • Chargebacks resulting from charges authorized by family, friends, associates, or other third parties with direct access to your credit card. This does not include credit card fraud.

    • Chargebacks arising from inconsistency or inaccuracy with regard to the Supplier’s product description.

    • Chargebacks resulting from force majeure or other circumstances that are beyond the control of Infinity Travels or the Supplier.

    • Chargebacks result because you do not agree with the cancellation policy.

    • Chargebacks resulted because you were not provided with an itemized breakdown of costs in connection with your travel.

    • Chargebacks resulting from an experience where you were not satisfied with the services/products provided by the travel Supplier.

  6. TRAVELER INFORMATION. We bring to your attention the importance of accuracy, especially in connection with any information provided in connection with visa procurement. Names provided to secure Bookings or visas must exactly match travelers’ passports. Any corrections required to be made in connection with your Booking or visa could result in an inability to travel, and we disclaim any liability in connection therewith. Any minor name corrections advised after airline or other tickets and documents have been issued will incur fees at the sole expense of the traveler. Not all name corrections will be permitted by Suppliers and may require the purchase of a new ticket or document. All required travel information must be completed and submitted to Infinity Travels before your departure. Please review all correspondence and documents, including cancellation policies of your Suppliers, carefully and promptly, as we will not be responsible for any errors. It is your responsibility to review all travel documentation and alert us within twenty-four (24) hours with any corrections. Travelers voluntarily assume full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report any errors and/or omissions to documentation.

  7. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS OF BOOKINGS.

    (a) Changes & Cancellation by You or Those Named in the Booking
Changes to a Booking are considered canceled services, and as such, additional cancellation penalties may apply. Changes are subject to additional charges by Suppliers based on availability and may include additional fees or an increase in the total trip price. Any changes (especially with regard to airfare or other ticket contracts, including cruise lines) are subject to the applicable Supplier’s Supplier Terms.

Changes or cancellation of travel must be submitted by contacting our customer service representatives by phone at 1-805-259-1718or by email at booking@infinitytravels.com, and are effective from the date we receive your notification.  All Suppliers have their own cancellation policies and procedures, which apply to your Bookings. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will contact the Suppliers for any applicable refunds, subject to the Supplier Terms, or refer your cancellation request to the applicable Supplier to coordinate any applicable refunds directly with you. If you are entitled to a refund, please note that the Supplier is responsible for this refund, not us. Suppliers may choose to provide you with a travel voucher or credit in lieu of a refund. We are not responsible for a Supplier’s failure to pay a refund or for Supplier bankruptcy or insolvency.

You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In some cases, certain Suppliers will not permit changes or cancellations after the Booking is made, as indicated in the Supplier Terms provided with your booking, and as such, you acknowledge and agree that you may not be able to change or cancel certain types of reservations made through Infinity Travels Services.

NOTE: Your stay within the destination you have chosen will be as expressly described in your itinerary and/or selected package, and any extension to the number of days of your stay is subject to, and will only be permitted in accordance with, applicable Supplier Terms (e.g., hotel).

    (b) Changes & Cancellation by Supplier

We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if a Supplier needs to make a significant change to your confirmed booking or to cancel. We may liaise between you and a Supplier, but we will have no further liability to you. Before or during your trip, Infinity Travels and/or its Suppliers may need to cancel or change/substitute parts of your itinerary, including but not limited to ports of call and embarkation schedule, hotels and accommodations of comparable quality, air schedule or surface transportation changes (e.g., drivers and guides), security matters, and/or other events that make such alterations necessary. Suppliers may also substitute transportation equipment based on circumstances such as passenger volume. Some facilities or services may be limited or unavailable during holidays or special occasions. When possible, alternatives may be offered but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for closures or necessary itinerary changes. These changes are not considered material and do not give you the right to cancel without penalty. Normal cancellation fees still apply if you cancel your trip after these change

    (c) No Refund for Unused Arrangements

As Infinity Travels prices are based on contract rates with Suppliers, there will not be any refund for any unused portion of a Booking. If you cancel while the trip is in progress, there is no refund for the unused portion. No refunds will be made for any travel arrangements not utilized, whether by choice or because of late arrival or early departure. This includes the failure of transportation Suppliers to operate according to schedule, which we disclaim responsibility for.

    (d) How to cancel or amend a Booking

To cancel or amend a Booking, please contact our customer service via email at booking@infinitytravels.com.

    (e) Refund Processing Timelines

Refund timelines are controlled by the applicable Supplier and may vary by provider type. Airlines generally process refunds within eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks after a refund request is submitted, though in some cases, processing may take longer. Hotels, tour operators, and car rental agencies typically process refunds within seven (7) to thirty (30) business days. An additional period of up to three (3) billing cycles may be required for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Infinity Travels will keep you informed of your refund status as confirmation is received from the Supplier, but we cannot expedite refunds beyond the Supplier’s stated processing timeline.

  8. FORCE MAJEURE. We assume no liability for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation resulting in whole or in part from an Act of God or any other force majeure condition, including, without limitation: natural disasters, fire, volcanic eruption, hurricane, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commissions or disturbances, or any other acts of a similar nature, sabotage, cybersecurity issues and/or technology outages or disruptions, changes of schedules or operational decisions of air carriers, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, restraint of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories, epidemics, pandemics (including, without limitation, COVID-19), or warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities or the travel Supplier and its facilities, artificial intelligence execution errors or misinterpretations or hallucinations by AI or other automated systems, or any other unforeseen circumstances or any other factors unforeseen by us that impacts negatively on, or hampers, its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions (“force majeure”). In circumstances amounting to force majeure, we will not be required to refund any money to you, although if (and only if) we can recover any monies from our Suppliers (it being under no obligation to do so), we will refund these to you without any charge by us.

  9. TRAVEL PROTECTION. Infinity Travels may offer you cancellation protection in connection with certain bookings made through our services. We strongly encourage the purchase of a travel protection plan including additional ‘cancel for any reason’ coverage, if available. Any travel protection must be promptly purchased following your Booking.. While Infinity Travels may recommend travel protection options for you to choose from, we are not liable for any issues in connection with any travel protection that you may or may not purchase. Infinity Travels is not a travel coverage plan, and as such, Infinity Travels cannot evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured's existing insurance coverage. Infinity Travels cannot guarantee that any insurance provider will approve coverage for a claim made under the insurer’s policy and makes no representations about the extent of coverage for any policy it may offer or quote. Please note that any cancellation fees will not be accepted as part of your claim. If you have any questions about your travel protection, call your insurer, insurance agent, or broker.

Certain countries have a requirement for foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance on entry. Infinity Travels cannot be held responsible for denied entry if a traveler is unable to provide such details to the authorities, or for insurance or denial of entry for any reason. Declining to purchase an adequate travel protection plan could result in the loss of your travel costs and/or require more money to correct the situation. You also acknowledge that without this coverage, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs, or expenses incurred. IF YOU CHOOSE TO TRAVEL WITHOUT ADEQUATE INSURANCE COVERAGE, INFINITY TRAVELS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF YOUR LOSSES HOWSOEVER ARISING, FOR WHICH TRIP PROTECTION PLAN COVERAGE WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE.

You agree that we will not be responsible for any flight delays or loss of flight connections, whether such loss is caused by you, us, any of our suppliers, an airline, or others. In the case of any loss of flight connections, whilst we will use our best endeavors to continue with the booked trip, we will not be liable to compensate you for any lost part of your itinerary, and we will not be liable to pay for any additional costs you may incur. We strongly recommend that your travel insurance policy has coverage for flight cancellations and delays. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to check in on time for your flight at any airport. We will not be responsible for any flights that are not taken due to your late arrival at any airport. It is also your responsibility to contact the relevant airlines to confirm flight details if relevant.

Travelers are encouraged to check the list of countries that require airlines to treat the passenger cabin with insecticides prior to the flight or while on the aircraft on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s website, as this list is updated from time to time: http://www.dot.gov/office-policy/aviation-policy/aircraft-disinsection-requirements.

Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the traveler. Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies and seating assignments, it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. Infinity Travels is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. The Department of Transportation, along with the Federal Aviation Administration, https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/whatcanibring/all.

  12. DESTINATIONS & DOCUMENTATION. Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Infinity Travels urges travelers to remain informed daily as to current news, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html and http://www.cdc.gov. In addition, you should consult with government websites to ensure that you are in compliance with all requirements for admittance into that country, including COVID- 19 requirements, as well as understanding local laws that govern travel within a country, such as medical tests and tracking.

A U.S. State Department list of travel advisories is available at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories.html/. Should you choose to travel to a country that has been issued a travel warning or advisory, Infinity Travels will not be liable for damages or losses that result from travel to such destinations.

It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), inoculations, and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. When travelling domestically within the USA or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification in order to board a flight, found here: http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids. Air travelers with identification (ID) that does not meet the REAL ID ACT requirements will have to use alternate ID forms (passport, military ID, or permanent resident card) to pass TSA security checkpoints—even for domestic travel. Visas are required when they apply. U.S. citizens traveling to the United Kingdom (UK) for short visits, tourism, or business, including those just passing through UK airports, will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) if they do not have a UK visa or legal residency in the UK or the Republic of Ireland. You can find out if your international destination requires a visa at https://www.usa.gov/visas-citizens-traveling-abroad. Travelers voluntarily assume full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report any errors and/or omissions to documentation. Infinity Travels strongly recommends that you take into account that certain countries will not admit a passenger if their passport expires within six (6) months of the date of entry. Many countries require a minimum number of blank pages in your passport book. Non-USA citizens may require additional documentation. Children and infants also require all such travel documents. Minors traveling with one parent, and/or without both parents, may be stopped and not admitted, unless authenticated and verified consent forms are provided to the authorities. Further, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency require that for groups of children under age 19 arriving to the United States by land or sea from contiguous territory and traveling with a school group, religious group, social or cultural organization, or sports team, may also present an original or copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or a Naturalization Certificate. Parental or legal guardian consent must be provided to the supervising adult or group leader in writing. Please visit https://help.cbp.gov, www.travel.state.gov, or https://www.dhs.gov/real-id for the most up-to-date requirements for travel documentation.

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by going to https://step.state.gov/step/countries restrict travelers with criminal convictions, even if expunged. Please inform us prior to booking with us if this applies to you and seek separate legal counsel to confirm your ability to travel to your desired destination. If you are denied access to a country or a Supplier due to a conviction, Infinity Travels shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, or refunds to you or anyone in your group.

Recommended inoculations for travel may change, and you should consult your practitioner for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip. Inoculation requirements can be found on the Centers for Disease Control website at https://www.cdc.gov/.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ANY FAILURE TO STRICTLY COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN DENIED BOARDING OR AN UNDUE DELAY AT AN AIRPORT SECURITY CHECKPOINT CAUSING THE TRAVELER TO MISS FLIGHT(S), AND SUBSEQUENT SCHEDULED TRAVEL BOOKINGS AND TRIPS. INFINITY TRAVELS BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADVISING AND/OR OBTAINING REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION FOR YOU, OR FOR ANY DELAYS, DAMAGES, AND/OR LOSSES, INCLUDING MISSED PORTIONS OF YOUR VACATION RELATED TO IMPROPER DOCUMENTATION OR GOVERNMENT DECISIONS ABOUT ENTRY.

  13. HEALTH & FITNESS. It is essential that you check with relevant Suppliers before booking if you do have any disability or pre-existing medical condition which may affect your trip, or if you have any special requirements as a result of any disability or medical condition (including any which affect the booking process), so that they can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or in making the booking. 26. FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS.
Flight tickets are not confirmed until you pay in full and receive a booking confirmation from Infinity Travels. After payment is made, tickets are issued based on the specific airline’s rules. Airlines’ prices may vary depending on various factors, and Infinity Travels cannot control the pricing set by airlines. If you fail to make payment by the stated due date, we may cancel your booking.

If your trip includes multiple airlines, you must follow each airline’s rules for cancellations, schedule changes, refunds, and fees. If one airline’s delay affects another, you will need to cover any extra costs, such as new tickets. All fees are set by the airlines and are your responsibility. Keep your booking confirmation or travel proof handy, as some airlines may ask for it during check-in.

Infinity Travels may sometimes offer two one-way tickets instead of a return ticket to provide flexibility and savings. Each one-way flight is booked separately with its own airline and terms and conditions. In case of a no-show or if you miss your flight, you will be responsible for all additional costs, including change fees or new tickets. Infinity Travels is not responsible for such costs.

    (a) Cancellations and Refunds for Flights
Most flight tickets are non-refundable after the initial 24-hour period. Eligibility for a refund depends on the airline’s rules. No-shows are non-refundable, and tickets booked with low-cost airlines close to travel dates are also usually non-refundable. If your fare is in the refundable category, cancellations are subject to an administrative fee, airline penalties, and Supplier conditions. Refunds are only issued if the airline approves. Refund processing timelines are as set forth in Section 7(f). Infinity Travels fees are non-refundable, as set forth in Section 7(e). Even where a ticket is non-refundable, you may be entitled to a refund of applicable taxes and government-imposed fees, subject to the airline’s policies and applicable regulatory requirements, but Infinity Travels is not responsible for this refund unless explicitly required by applicable law.

    (b) Flight Schedule Changes
Airlines frequently change their flight schedules and sometimes may convert direct flights into connecting flights without prior notice. While we will actively attempt to notify you of any changes, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all updates in advance. If the airline cancels or rebooks your flight, we will try to notify you, but we cannot guarantee advance notice. We recommend checking your flight status with the airline at least 72 hours before departure. After check-in, the airline will handle all flight delays, cancellations, or rebookings.

    (c) Hazardous Materials
FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS THE CARRIAGE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ABOARD AIRCRAFT IN YOUR LUGGAGE OR ON YOUR PERSON. A VIOLATION CAN RESULT IN FIVE YEARS’ IMPRISONMENT AND PENALTIES OF $250,000 OR MORE (49 U.S.C. 5124). HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INCLUDE EXPLOSIVES, COMPRESSED GASES, FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS AND SOLIDS, OXIDIZERS, POISONS, CORROSIVES, AND RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS. In adherence to the law, you, as a passenger, cannot transport dangerous goods, which include aerosols, reactive substances, detonators, or pressurized containers. Before preparing luggage, refer to the official airline’s and regulatory sources.

  27. HOTEL BOOKING TERMS.

    (a) Check-in Requirements
While checking in at the hotel, you will need to provide a valid government-issued photo identification. For payment, the hotel may ask you for a cash advance or a credit/debit card for security purposes. The type of payment and the deposit amount are based on the hotel’s policy. Any deposit the hotel collects from you is separate from the amount you pay to Infinity Travels at the time of booking. The guest checking in at the hotel must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirements set by the hotel’s location.

    (b) Occupancy, Room Type, and Special Requests
Most hotels have a maximum of two (2) guests per room. Additional guests may be allowed only with the hotel’s approval and may incur extra charges, payable directly to the hotel. Infinity Travels cannot guarantee requests for specific room features, including bed type, smoking preference, or a room with a view. The hotel assigns rooms based on availability at check-in. If you have accessibility requirements, including the need for service animals or accessible rooms, you must contact the hotel directly before confirming the booking.

    (c) Cancellations and No-Shows
Every hotel has its own cancellation and modification policies. Some reservations are non-refundable and cannot be changed, while others may permit changes or cancellations with applicable fees. Hotel and rental car bookings are generally non-refundable, but service fees charged for making such bookings may be refundable. If you believe you will be late to the hotel or are unable to check in on your scheduled date, it is your responsibility to inform the hotel. Failure to check in on the first night of your stay without informing the hotel may result in cancellation of your remaining stay

    (d) Mandatory and Resort Fees
Some hotels may charge mandatory resort or facility fees. These fees are not included in the booking amount and are payable directly to the hotel at check-in. The prices displayed include only the room rate and applicable taxes for the amenities you select.

  28. CAR RENTAL BOOKING TERMS.
Third-party rental companies provide the car rental services you book through Infinity Travels. When you pick up the booked vehicle, the rental company’s terms and conditions apply. Your card is used to make the reservation in most cases. The total cost of rental car service may differ based on the rental duration, location, optional services, or any changes made at pick-up or return.

    (a) Driver Requirements
At pick-up, the driver must present a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card in the driver’s name. Additional age limits or documents may be required by the rental company and location. Some properties and rental car companies have age requirements; please check with the rental car company for more information.

    (b) Changes, Cancellations, and Additional Charges
The rental company’s policies will apply to any changes or cancellations. Some bookings may have restrictions or fees. The rental company may charge you for local taxes, fees, and optional extras like insurance, fuel options, or accessories. These fees vary by location and provider and are payable directly to the rental provider. If your booking is affected by a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and issue a refund.

  29. CRUISE BOOKING TERMS.
Infinity Travels acts as a booking intermediary for cruise services. Your contract for transportation is between you and the Cruise Provider. By booking a cruise, you acknowledge and agree to the Passenger Ticket Contract of the Provider, which includes all health, safety, and itinerary policies. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Provider’s terms, the Provider’s terms will apply.

    (a) Itineraries, Cancellations, and Pricing
The Cruise Provider has full authority to modify itineraries, ports, or vessels, and may cancel sailings due to weather, force majeure, or other reasons. The Provider’s terms apply in case of refunds or credits. Infinity Travels may cancel your booking in case of technical or pricing errors. Late payment may lead to automatic cancellation and penalties.

    (b) Documentation, Compliance, and Onboarding Services
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, health certifications, and visas for your cruise. The Cruise Provider may deny you boarding for non-compliance or late arrival. Infinity Travels is not liable for such losses. Cabin assignments and special requests, such as accessibility accommodations, are subject to availability and confirmation by the Provider. All additional taxes, port fees, and onboard incidentals are your financial responsibility. If you cancel or request name changes, they may incur fees from both the Provider and Infinity Travels. All Infinity Travels service fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

  30. AIRPORT PARKING BOOKING TERMS.
Infinity Travels acts solely as a booking platform for airport parking services. When you reserve parking, you enter into a direct and legally binding contract with the Parking Provider and are subject to the Provider’s specific terms and conditions, along with these Terms.

    (a) Booking Requirements and Arrival
You must provide accurate vehicle details, including make, model, and registration, at the time of booking. You must show your booking confirmation voucher and the original payment card upon arrival. You must adhere to the arrival and check-in procedures in your confirmation. Neither Infinity Travels nor the Provider is liable if you miss your flight or booking due to late arrival or failure to follow instructions.

    (b) Payments, Cancellations, and Liability
Full payment is required to finalize your parking booking. Booking fees, MMS charges, and any unused portion of the parking stay are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival, unless otherwise stated in the Provider’s terms. Only the Provider is responsible for losses caused by its own negligence. No claims can be made after the vehicle has left the premises.
