General Travel Information

Overview

Infinity Travels shares travel information, like itineraries, deals, destinations, and flight schedules, once you complete the bookings. Most of the information comes from third-party “Travel Service Providers,” like airlines, tour companies, and more. Our team does its best to provide you with accurate and updated information, but we do not comply to give absolute accuracy.

Information can change rapidly, and services depend on availability. Therefore, we are not to be held responsible for any delays, changes, or errors from Travel Service Providers.

Your Responsibilities as a Traveler

It’s your duty, as the traveler, to handle all legal, documentation, and logistical requirements of your travel, including but not limited to:

  • A valid passport and any visas
  • Travel insurance if needed
  • Health or vaccination certificates, if required

Infinity Travels is an intermediary to help you make a reservation through our Website or customer support. Only you are in full charge of checking entry rules and having the right documents for your trip.

Terms of Service Compliance

You need to know all the rules and follow them:

  • The Terms and Conditions of Infinity Travels
  • The Terms and Conditions of the Travel Service Provider(s)

As for flights, check the official Website of the airline for their specific terms to stay clear.

Flight Tickets and Airfare

  • Flight tickets are not confirmed until you pay in full and get a booking confirmation
  • After the payment is made by your end, tickets are sent based on the specific airline’s rules
  • Airlines’ prices may vary depending on various factors, and Infinity Travels can’t control that
  • If you fail to make payment by the stated due date, we might cancel your booking

If your trip includes multiple airlines, you must follow each airline’s rules for cancellations, schedule changes, refunds, and fees. If one airline’s delay affects another, you’ll need to cover any extra costs, such as new tickets. All fees are set by the airlines and are your responsibility. Keep your booking confirmation or travel proof handy, as some airlines may ask for it during check-in.

One-Way Ticket Options

Infinity Travels sometimes offers two one-way tickets instead of a return ticket to provide flexibility and savings. Each one-way flight is booked separately with its own airline and terms and conditions.

In case of no show or if you miss your flight, you will be responsible for all the additional costs, like changing fees or new tickets. Infinity Travels is not responsible for it.

Currency Conversion and Extra Fees

Some fares, especially those by low-cost airlines, are in the U.S. Dollars (USD) but were priced in a different currency in their initial state. Keep in mind that the exchange rates might cause small differences in the final charge.

  • International transactions fees
  • Currency conversion charges will be added by your bank or credit card issuer.

Any fees and taxes on purchases made out of the country are set by your bank as well as the government, and you are responsible for paying them.

Getting Travel Insurance

Infinity Travels is an intermediary and helps you compare and book travel through our Website or directly through a call. It is your responsibility to adhere to all entry requirements, necessary travel documents, rules, and prohibitions.

For Terms and Conditions and your choice of Travel Service Providers, mainly regarding the air transport, you should refer directly to the airline’s terms of service on its official website.

Further, you are responsible for taking care of and completing your legal, documentation, and administrative needs for your travel, which includes having:

  • Valid passports
  • Travel insurance
  • Health or vaccination certificates

We highly recommend that you go through our Terms and the Travel Service Provider’s terms (especially for airlines) before reservation. For air travel, review the airline’s official terms and conditions on their own website to be sure.

Infinity Travels Terms & Conditions - Flights

Traveling Abroad

When traveling internationally, be aware that the Montreal Convention rules apply to both the place of departure and the destination country. The Convention might limit airline liability for things like injury or death.

It is your obligation to make sure you have the required documents to enter a foreign country, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • A valid passport
  • A valid visa (tourist, business, or transit)

There is also a possibility that you may need to show these to government agencies. We are not responsible if you fail to meet the entry rules. Therefore, you must check travel advisories, announcements, or bans made by competent authorities before traveling.

Visa and Passport Needs

It’s important to check your visa and passport requirements with the embassy or a consulate before you travel. If you are denied boarding on entry due to faulty or missing documents (including transit stops, we are not liable. This is also applicable if you are not leaving the airport for a layover.

Health Requirements

You must keep track of your health requirements, like vaccinations, medications, and medical procedures required for entry into your destination. Before traveling, consult with your doctor and check health advisories.

Disinfection of Aircraft

Airlines often disinfect planes to keep things safe for passengers, following World Health Organization (WHO) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) guidelines, which consist of:

  • Spraying residual insecticide on aircraft surfaces before boarding
  • Treating surfaces with aerosolized insecticide spray while passengers are present on the plane
Safety of International Destinations

When you book an international trip, we do not represent or warrant that traveling to such destinations is safe. You take on all risks involved in traveling, and we are not liable for losses or damages suffered as a consequence.

Airline Baggage Rules

Baggage allowances, fees, and restrictions are different for every airline. We try to share accurate information about baggage policy, but policies change from time to time, so we cannot guarantee it. Check with your specific airline directly. Baggage fees are also not included in ticket prices.

Check-In Rules

All airlines have different requirements for check-in.

  • At least 90 minutes before departure for domestic flights.
  • At least 3 hours before departure for international flights.
Flight Schedule Changes

Airlines frequently change their flight schedules and sometimes may convert direct flights into connecting flights without prior notice. While we will actively attempt to notify you of any changes, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all updates in advance.

If the airline cancels or rebooks your flight, we will try to notify you, but we can’t guarantee to give any advance notice. It’s best to keep checking your flight status with the airline 72 hours before departure. After check-in, the airline will handle all the flight delays, cancellations, or rebookings.

Overbooked Flights

Each airline has its own compensation rules for denied boarding when the flight is overbooked. Check the same with your airline.

Pricing Details

Flight prices can change until your booking is ticketed and a Passenger Name Record (PNR) is issued.

If full payment is not made within the required timeframe, we may cancel your booking. Misusing tickets may also lead to cancellation without a refund. All prices on Infinity Travels are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

The currency you see at the checkout is the same currency you will be charged in. Non-U.S. cards may incur bank fees for international transactions or exchange rates. You must check with your bank for details.

We charge a service fee for support, rebooking, cancellations, or other help you may require, including fares, taxes, and our fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards from the US, Canada, and other countries, including billing addresses for AE/AP. Payments are secure, and we do not store your card details. There might be a case where your card may be billed in one or more charges that together total your booking cost.

If your payment is declined, we will let you know within 24 hours. Non-card payments may take longer to process. To protect you, we may hold your transaction to verify it for fraud checks. Once our payment security team approves, we will process your payment. We may also connect with you, your bank, or your card issuer to confirm a transaction’s legality before processing.

Cancellations and Refunds

Consider bookings to be non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If your fare comes under the refundable category, then cancellations are subject to an administrative fee, airline penalties, and supplier conditions.

You will only get a refund if the airline approves it, and then also, it can take up to 90 days to process. Note that the service fee is non-refundable.

International Payments

We cannot be held responsible for any charges that may arise if you are using an international credit card and your bank imposes fees for currency conversion or transaction fees.

Special Requests

If you have requests for specific seats, meals, or frequent flyer perks, please note that these are not guaranteed and depend on the airline's availability. Check the same with them directly.

Unaccompanied Minors

Kids under the age of 16 cannot book on their own. Minor policies differ by airline. Connect with the airline for details.

Credit Card Disputes

Reach out to us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to cancellation of your booking and cost recovery.

Airline Booking Terms

Rules; Changes to Travel Plans; Price and Information Errors

Air transportation services offered through the Website are subject to the applicable carrier’s published conditions of carriage, fare rules, and related policies, including without limitation rules governing cancellations, changes, refunds, and other terms of use. Upon issuance of a ticket, the contract of carriage is formed solely between the applicable airline (the “Carrier”) and the passenger, and the Company is not a party to that contract.

Carriers reserve the right, at any time and in their sole discretion, to modify flight times, schedules, routes, itineraries, and operational details, and to change, substitute, or cancel flights. Any such schedule change may result in an itinerary that falls outside the scope of the Company’s contractual arrangements or commitments.

The Company endeavors to display accurate pricing and service information; however, the Company relies on information supplied by Carriers. If any service is displayed or quoted at an incorrect price, or with inaccurate or incomplete information, whether due to typographical error, transmission failure, or other error in pricing or service data provided by a Carrier, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and/or the applicable Carrier reserve the right to reject, void, refuse, or cancel any request or booking for such service at any time prior to the applicable method of payment being successfully charged.

Frequent Traveler Awards,

Frequent traveler awards, upgrades, vouchers, and other discounts or incentives may not be available for, or applicable to, airline services offered through the Company.

Code Share

Airlines may enter into “code share” arrangements with selected partner carriers. Under a code share arrangement, the airline that markets or sells a flight on a given route may not operate the aircraft; instead, a partner airline operates the flight pursuant to an agreement between the carriers. The operating carrier is generally identified on your itinerary as “operated by.” Check-in is typically completed with the operating carrier; however, you should confirm the applicable check-in location and procedures with the ticketing/marketing carrier.

Hazardous Materials

Federal law prohibits passengers from carrying hazardous materials on board an aircraft, whether in baggage or on one’s person. Violations may result in criminal prosecution, including imprisonment for up to ten (10) years, and civil penalties of $250,000 or more, depending on the circumstances. See 49 U.S.C. § 5124.

“Hazardous materials” include, without limitation, corrosives, radioactive materials, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, explosives, and poisons. Examples include tear gas, fireworks, paint, lighter fluid, oxygen cylinders, and radiopharmaceuticals. Limited exceptions may apply for small quantities (up to seventy (70) ounces in the aggregate) of medicinal and toiletry articles packed in baggage, and for certain smoking materials carried on one’s person. Additional information is available at: http://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/headquarters_offices/ash/ash_programs/hazmat/passenger_info/ .

Prohibited Practices

You agree not to purchase tickets that include segments you do not intend to use where such practices are prohibited by the applicable airline, including, by way of example, “point-beyond,” “hidden-city,” or “back-to-back” ticketing. You further agree not to purchase a round-trip ticket with the intent to use it solely for one-way travel where prohibited by the applicable airline.

You acknowledge that many airlines prohibit such practices and that the Company does not represent or warrant that any airline will honor tickets used in violation of its rules. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Covered Parties from and against any airline claims or demands arising out of, or relating to, such prohibited practices, including for the difference between (i) the full fare applicable to your actual travel and (ii) the value of the ticket(s) purchased.

Flight Segments

Most airlines require that flight coupons/segments be used in the sequence issued. Where an airline permits use of only a portion of an itinerary, failure to cancel any unused portion prior to the scheduled departure of any segment may, depending on the applicable fare rules, result in forfeiture of some or all of the ticket’s value.

Taxes and Fees on Published-Fare Airline Tickets

Government-imposed taxes and fees and airline-imposed fees are either included in the advertised fare or separately itemized at checkout. Taxes in effect at the time of purchase will be applied; any retroactive increase in tax rates may be the traveler’s responsibility. For international travel, additional entry/exit, inspection, or similar charges not included in the trip total (or itemized separately at checkout) may be collected.

Certain published-fare itineraries involving more than one carrier may be subject to a non-refundable fee assessed per ticket. Additional charges may apply, including paper-ticket, change, cancellation, refund, baggage, and certain international entry/exit fees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be responsible for any tax, duty, or fee, except for taxes imposed on the Company’s income.

Paper Ticket Fees

Certain third-party vendors/agencies may impose service fees, which may vary and may be assessed per ticket. If paper tickets are required, shipping and handling fees may apply. If tickets are returned due to rerouting or non-delivery, additional handling fees may be charged.

Itinerary Changes

If permitted under the applicable airline fare rules, itinerary changes may be subject to airline-imposed change fees assessed per ticket. Such fees vary by airline, market, and fare rule and are typically between $75.00 and $300.00 (USD), but may be higher, and changes may be unavailable. Change fees are in addition to any fare difference. Changes processed through the Company may also be subject to additional processing fees.

Cancellations and Refunds
  • Airline ticket amounts and booking-related service fees are non-refundable after twenty-four (24) hours.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours are governed by the applicable airline’s rules and may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • Where permitted by airline rules, a booking may be eligible for a full refund if canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of completion (Eastern Time); however, applicable fees may still apply as described in the “Fees for cancellation, changes & refund” section.
  • No-show tickets are non-refundable and the entire amount may be forfeited. To help avoid a no-show, you must notify the Company at least four (4) hours prior to scheduled departure.
  • Passenger name changes are not permitted after ticket purchase under airline policy. Any permitted itinerary changes remain subject to the applicable airline’s rules.
  • Low-cost carrier tickets purchased within seven (7) days (168 hours) of travel are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Hotel and rental car bookings are non-refundable in all circumstances; however, service fees charged for making such bookings may be refundable.
How to Request Cancellations/Refunds

All cancellations for airline tickets, hotel bookings, and rental car bookings must be requested by telephone. Refund requests will be accepted only if:

  1. You have submitted a cancellation and refund request to the Company, and the applicable fare/supplier rules permit cancellation and refund; and
  2. You are not a “no show” (i.e., you fail to appear for boarding without notice to the airline). No-show bookings are generally ineligible for waivers or refund consideration by suppliers.

The Company may request waivers from suppliers in connection with cancellation/refund processing; however, waivers are not guaranteed. The Company cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe for refund processing. After you place a cancellation/refund request, you will receive an email acknowledgment with a tracking number; acknowledgment does not constitute approval of a refund. The Company will contact the relevant supplier(s) (airlines, hotels, rental car companies) to determine eligibility and, where applicable, seek a waiver. The supplier’s determination is final, and you will be notified of the outcome.

Service Fees and Refund Timing

The Company’s service fees for the original reservation/booking are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to applicable airline/supplier rules and approval. Once approved, refunds may take approximately sixty (60) to ninety (90) days from request submission to posting as a credit. In addition to any airline/supplier refund fees, the Company may charge a post-ticketing service fee where applicable. Refund-related fees are assessed per passenger, per ticket and apply only if a refund is authorized by the supplier or a waiver is granted. If a requested refund is not processed by the supplier, the Company will refund the post-ticketing service fee charged by the Company; this does not apply to the original booking fees.

Web Check-in (Automatic)

Without limiting any other provision, by electing to add automatic web check-in to a booking, you agree to be bound by the applicable airline’s terms, conditions of carriage, and all other carrier rules. You further authorize Infinity Travels to make any required acknowledgments, acceptances, and confirmations on your behalf in connection with web check-in.

Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer, and Other Special Requests

All seat selections, meal requests, frequent flyer details, and other special requests submitted through Infinity Travels are requests only and are not guaranteed. Infinity Travels does not warrant that any selected seat(s) will be assigned, or that any meal, frequent flyer credit, or other request will be honored by the airline.

In the event of cancellation, Infinity Travels’ service fee (up to $10) and any paid seat charges incurred for placing such requests are non-refundable. You are advised to contact the airline directly prior to departure to confirm the status of any requests.

Baggage Policy and Fees

Many airlines charge fees for checked baggage, including the first checked bag. You are encouraged to review baggage fees in advance (including via the Company’s Baggage Fees page) and to travel light where possible. Excess baggage fees may apply depending on the airline’s policies and may vary significantly based on bag size, weight, and quantity (commonly ranging from \15 to \200+).

Although the Company endeavors to provide updated baggage-fee information, baggage policies change frequently. You are responsible for confirming the airline’s current baggage rules directly with the airline. In the event of cancellation, the Company’s service fee (up to $12) and, for certain airlines, applicable baggage fees are non-refundable.

Baggage and Other Airport Fees

Certain airlines may require payment of additional fees at the airport for specific services and/or if you exceed applicable limits (including baggage weight or size limits). Some airlines provide no free baggage allowance. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming each airline’s baggage and other applicable fees directly with the airline during the booking process.

Entry/Exit Fees

Certain countries and/or airports impose entry and/or exit fees. Such fees are not included in the ticket price or the taxes and fees displayed on the Website. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all such fees. For additional information, consult www.travel.state.gov prior to departure.

Ticket Types and Applicable Rules

Round Trip

All applicable rules and restrictions are governed by the airline.

One Way

All applicable rules and restrictions are governed by the airline.

Multi-city

The rules of each participating airline may apply and may differ by carrier.

Combo Fare

A “Combo Fare” consists of two (2) or more one-way tickets, potentially on different airlines. Accordingly:

  • Each ticket is subject to its own airline-specific terms and conditions.
  • A change, cancellation, or waiver applied to one ticket does not apply to any other ticket.
  • Any permitted change(s) must be processed separately for each ticket and will incur separate fees per ticket, as assessed by the airline and/or the Company.
  • You are responsible for managing and coordinating any changes or cancellations to the itinerary across all tickets.
  • Any “upgrade” benefits included with a Combo Fare may include seat selection, a carry-on bag, and general boarding, as specified at time of purchase.

Where the itinerary includes multiple one-way tickets, changes to the overall itinerary require changing each ticket individually, and change fees will be assessed separately per ticket.

Hotel Booking Terms

Check-in

At check-in, the named reservation holder must present valid government-issued identification and provide a cash deposit and/or a credit or debit card, in the reservation holder’s name, as required by the hotel in its sole discretion (the required deposit and/or available credit amount varies by hotel). Certain hotels may not accept debit cards for this purpose. Any deposit collected by the hotel is separate from, and in addition to, any amounts paid to the Company.

Occupancy

Accommodation for more than two (2) adults is not guaranteed, as some hotels do not permit additional guests. Where additional guests are permitted, the hotel may assess additional charges. Any such charges are determined by the hotel and are payable directly to the hotel, not the Company.

Late Arrival; Failure to Check In on the First Night

If you anticipate a late arrival or are unable to check in on your scheduled check-in date, you must contact the hotel directly to advise it of your updated plans. Subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions, if you fail to check in on the first night and do not notify the hotel, the hotel may cancel the remainder of your reservation and you may forfeit any refund.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation and change policies vary by hotel and rate plan. Some reservations are non-cancellable and non-changeable; others may permit cancellation or changes subject to penalties; and some may be fully refundable if canceled within the applicable timeframe. You are responsible for reviewing the hotel’s cancellation and change policy prior to booking. Where the hotel permits changes to a prepaid reservation, such changes and/or cancellations may require the creation of a new reservation. You acknowledge and agree that the Company is not obligated to refund any amounts.

Accessibility/Disability Needs

If you have accessibility or disability-related needs (including, by way of example, use of a service animal), you should contact the hotel prior to booking to confirm that the hotel can accommodate those needs.

Hotel Accommodations and Special Requests

Room type, bed type, and other preferences (including smoking/non-smoking) are not guaranteed and may not be honored, depending on the hotel, the reservation type, and availability at check-in. Assignments are made by the hotel in its sole discretion. If you wish to request specific accommodations, you must contact the hotel directly and obtain confirmation from the hotel. You acknowledge that the Company does not control these matters and cannot guarantee or facilitate fulfillment of such requests.

Minimum Age Requirement

Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or otherwise meet the minimum legal age required under applicable laws of the city and state where the hotel is located, to book and/or occupy a room. The hotel may require age verification at check-in. All reservations remain subject to the hotel’s policies, including identification and payment requirements. You are responsible for reviewing applicable local laws and hotel policies prior to booking.

Hotel Star Ratings (General)

Any hotel star rating displayed by the Company is provided for informational purposes only. The Company’s rating methodology may differ from other rating systems. The Company makes no representations or warranties that its ratings are comparable to, equivalent to, or consistent with any other rating system. The Company reserves the right to modify hotel ratings at any time, with or without notice.

Prices and Pricing Errors

You are responsible for reviewing room and rate details before booking, as lower rates may be available but may carry additional restrictions or conditions (including cancellation and refund limitations).

The Company endeavors to publish accurate pricing and information and generally relies on information provided by hotels. If a service is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a hotel error, the Company reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any related request. This right applies regardless of whether your request has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged. If you have been charged and the request is subsequently canceled for this reason, the Company will refund the amount charged.

Mandatory Fees (Resort Fees)

Amounts paid on the Website do not include resort fees. Certain hotels impose a resort fee payable at check-in. The amount paid through the Website includes only the base room rate (tariff) and applicable taxes for the room and amenities selected.

Rental Car Booking Terms

General (Car Rentals)

Vehicle rental services offered through the Website are subject to the applicable rental car company’s standard rental agreement. You will be required to execute the rental agreement at the time of vehicle pickup. If you wish to review the rental agreement in advance, you must contact the applicable travel service provider directly. The Company is not a party to the rental agreement.

The Company endeavors to publish accurate pricing and service information and generally relies on information provided by rental car companies. If any service is displayed or provided to the Company at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a rental car company error, the Company reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any related request. This right applies regardless of whether the request has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged. If you have been charged and the request is canceled for this reason, the Company will refund the amount charged.

For reservations made at a disclosed retail price, the Company is not the merchant of record and does not charge your credit card. Your credit card is used solely to guarantee the reservation, and you will be provided an estimate of the amount due to the rental car company at pickup. The amount ultimately charged by the rental car company may vary based on optional items, special requests, and/or deviations from the reserved schedule (including late pickup or return). At pickup, the driver must present a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card in the driver’s name. Specific vehicles, makes, and models are not guaranteed; any vehicle images or descriptions are illustrative only. Accordingly, reservation requests are not guaranteed by the Company or the rental car company.

The Company is not the vendor responsible for collecting and remitting taxes to taxing authorities in connection with rental car services. The Company’s rental car suppliers, as vendors, invoice the Company for applicable taxes, which the Company pays to the vendors. The Company is not a co-vendor with the supplier through whom travel arrangements are booked. Tax applicability, tax types, and tax rates vary by jurisdiction.

Cruise Bookings — Terms and Conditions

1) General; Role of the Company

Cruise reservations made available through the Website (each, a “Cruise Booking”) are offered by third-party cruise lines and/or other travel service providers (collectively, “Cruise Providers”). The Company acts solely as an intermediary/booking agent, unless expressly stated otherwise. The cruise transportation contract and all related obligations are solely between you and the applicable Cruise Provider(s). The Company is not the cruise operator and is not a party to the Cruise Provider’s passenger ticket contract.

2) Passenger Ticket Contract; Governing Provider Terms

All Cruise Bookings are subject to the applicable Cruise Provider’s passenger ticket contract, conditions of carriage, fare rules, itinerary terms, health and safety policies, and other applicable rules (the “Cruise Terms”). By completing a Cruise Booking, you agree to be bound by the Cruise Terms. In the event of a conflict between the Company’s terms and the Cruise Terms, the Cruise Terms will control with respect to the cruise service.

3) Itineraries, Schedule Changes, Substitutions, and Cancellations

Cruise Providers reserve the right, at any time and in their sole discretion, to modify itineraries, ports of call, departure/arrival times, ship assignments, onboard services, and accommodations, and to delay, reroute, substitute, or cancel any sailing, including due to weather, mechanical issues, port restrictions, public health measures, security concerns, labor disruptions, force majeure events, or other operational considerations. Such changes may occur before or after departure and may be made with or without notice. Refunds, credits, compensation, or alternative arrangements, if any, are governed exclusively by the Cruise Terms.

4) Pricing and Information Accuracy; Errors

The Company endeavors to display accurate prices and information; however, the Company relies on data provided by Cruise Providers. If a Cruise Booking is listed or confirmed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a typographical, technical, or provider error, the Company and/or the Cruise Provider reserve the right to refuse, void, or cancel the booking, including after confirmation, as permitted by law. If your payment method has been charged and the booking is canceled due to such error, the Company will issue a refund of the amount charged by the Company (excluding any non-refundable fees where permitted by law), or as otherwise required by applicable law.

5) Deposits, Final Payment, and Payment Authorization

Many Cruise Bookings require a deposit at time of reservation and full payment by a specified final payment date. You authorize the Company and/or the Cruise Provider to charge your payment method for deposits, final payment, and any approved charges. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation and applicable penalties under the Cruise Terms.

6) Taxes, Fees, and Onboard Charges

Cruise fares may include or exclude taxes, port charges, government fees, gratuities/service charges, fuel supplements, and other assessments, which may be itemized at checkout or charged separately by the Cruise Provider. You are responsible for all applicable charges, including onboard purchases and incidentals. Tax types and rates vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change.

7) Cabin Assignments; Special Requests; Accessibility

Cabin assignments, bedding configurations, dining times, accessible accommodations, and other preferences are subject to availability and the Cruise Provider’s confirmation. Requests are not guaranteed. If you have accessibility needs (including service animal requirements), you must contact the Cruise Provider prior to booking to confirm accommodation and documentation requirements.

8) Identification, Visas, Health Requirements, and Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, health documentation, parental consent letters, and any other entry/exit documentation required for all destinations, ports, and transit points. Cruise Providers and authorities may deny boarding or entry for noncompliance; any resulting costs and losses are your responsibility.

9) Check-in, Boarding, and Denied Boarding

You must comply with check-in and boarding deadlines, security procedures, and all Cruise Provider instructions. Late arrival may result in denied boarding and forfeiture of amounts paid, as governed by the Cruise Terms. The Cruise Provider may deny boarding or remove passengers for safety, security, health, conduct, or documentation reasons in accordance with the Cruise Terms.

10) Minors; Age Requirements

Minimum age requirements vary by Cruise Provider and itinerary. Certain sailings require at least one adult in the cabin and/or impose restrictions on unaccompanied minors. You are responsible for confirming and complying with all age-related policies and providing any required documentation.

11) Promotional Offers; Loyalty Programs; Credits

Cruise Provider promotions, onboard credits, loyalty benefits, upgrades, vouchers, and other incentives may be capacity-controlled, restricted, or unavailable for bookings made through the Website, and may not be combinable. Eligibility and application are determined solely by the Cruise Provider.

12) Optional Shore Excursions and Third-Party Services

Shore excursions, transfers, pre-/post-cruise hotels, and other ancillary services may be provided by the Cruise Provider or third parties and may be subject to separate terms, waivers, and cancellation policies. The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

13) Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

All changes and cancellations are subject to the Cruise Terms and may be subject to penalties, including forfeiture of deposits, administrative fees, and non-refundable components. “No-show” and late cancellation penalties may apply. Refund eligibility, form (original payment method vs. future cruise credit), and timelines are governed by the Cruise Terms and applicable law. The Company’s service fees (if any) are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

14) Name Corrections and Transfers

Name corrections, passenger substitutions, and booking transfers may be restricted or prohibited and, if permitted, may be subject to provider fees and deadlines. You are responsible for ensuring passenger names match government-issued identification exactly.

15) Travel Insurance

The Company strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance covering, at minimum, trip cancellation/interruption, medical expenses, medical evacuation, and baggage loss/delay. Any insurance purchased is subject to the insurer’s terms and exclusions.

16) Limitation of Liability; Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for acts, omissions, delays, interruptions, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from or relating to cruise operations or third-party services, including schedule changes, denied boarding, force majeure events, and the acts or omissions of Cruise Providers or other third parties. Any claims relating to cruise services must be pursued solely against the applicable Cruise Provider, subject to the Cruise Terms.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your breach of these terms or the Cruise Terms, (b) your negligence or misconduct, or (c) your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

18) Customer Service; Communications

You consent to receive booking-related communications (including confirmations, schedule changes, and service notices) by email, SMS, or phone using the contact information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate and monitored.

19) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws specified in the Company’s general Terms of Use. Disputes may be subject to forum selection, arbitration, and/or class-action waiver provisions as set forth in the Company’s general Terms of Use and/or the Cruise Terms.
